Each team gets:

• 1 Offensive DO-OVER
• 1 Defensive DO-OVER

Use it anytime — take away a home run, a diving catch, a grand slam…
BE THE GRINCH AND RUIN SOMEONE’S FUN! 😂
Just tell the umpire you want to use your DO-OVER / Mulligan.

⚠️ If you argue about it… you may lose it.

❌ LANGUAGE / UNSPORTSMANLIKE BEHAVIOR

Drop an F-Bomb within earshot of the umpire or director?

➡️ GRINCH TAKES AWAY 1 RUN
or
➡️ Removes 1 defensive player for a full inning

Unsportsmanlike conduct:
Lose a run and possibly get ejected.

This weekend is about having FUN, not “win at all costs.”

💣 HOME RUNS AFTER THE LIMIT

Hit HRs after your team has used its allotted limit?

➡️ 1 OUT + 1 RUN REMOVED
(Sorry—not sorry. The Grinch loves pain.)

🚭 PARK RULES (SERIOUS)

• NO sunflower seeds
• NO smoking
• NO outside food or drinks

Violation = lost runs and/or possible ejection

We LOVE these parks and want to keep them in our rotation — please help us protect them.

YES! The Grinch LOVES stealing.

Once the pitch hits the ground, runners may advance at their own risk.

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.

Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.comprior to playing in the tournament.

To complete your roster:

1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.

Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
