COED New Rule:

Official Rule Update – Effective Immediately (2026 Season)

NCS is pleased to announce an important update to Coed roster rules for the 2026 season. This change applies to Coed divisions only.

Coed teams are now permitted to carry up to three (3) Men Chips and three (3) Women Chips. This replaces the previous limit of three (3) total chips combined.

This update reflects feedback from our teams and reinforces NCS’s commitment to expanding competitive opportunities for women while maintaining balance within Coed play.

Effective Date:

This rule is effective immediately 

Example:

A Coed E team may roster:

    •    Up to three (3) D Men players, and

    •    Up to three (3) D Women players.

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.

Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.comprior to playing in the tournament.

To complete your roster:

1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.

Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
