It’s Vegas, it’s softball, and it’s the biggest show in town. Each year, over 400+ teams from across the U.S. and Canada converge on the desert to battle it out under the lights, chase the championship hardware, and live the ultimate softball weekend in the Entertainment Capital of the World

For 2025, we’re turning up the heat even higher—but here’s the catch: spots are limited. With fewer complexes in play this year, only 350–400 teams will secure their place in the action. That means if you want your squad to be part of the show, you’ve got to move fast—register, drop your deposit, and lock it in before someone else takes your spot.

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.
Roster Requirements
All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.comprior to playing in the tournament.
To complete your roster:
1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.
2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.
3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”
4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).
•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).
5.Enter a valid email address for each player.
Important:
Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.
If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.
Paying for Tournaments Online
To make a payment:
1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.
2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”
3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.
4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
