Bartholomew Sports Complex is a great 3 field complex- Bring your own, Food & Drinks and they also have a snackbar 

We will combine ages/levels and use run spot to help balance the event. Very tricky with so many different ages and team levels.

We will have 3 Championship games top 6 out of 10 teams after 4 pool play Games will advance to a 5th championship game and winners in all 3 will receive awards.

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.

Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at  www.playNCS.com prior to playing in the tournament.

To complete your roster:

1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.

Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
