Dear Managers and Players,

The NCS Senior State Championships are almost here! We look forward to welcoming everyone for an outstanding weekend of senior softball on August 8–9.

Please read the following important tournament information carefully and share it with all of your players.

Tournament Brackets

Tournament brackets have been posted. If you notice any errors or have questions regarding your team's placement, please contact us immediately.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BRING A LEGAL PHOTO ID

Every player is required to bring a valid government-issued photo ID for roster verification. Roster checks may be conducted at any time during the tournament.

Managers – Verify Your Roster

Managers are responsible for making sure:

Your roster is accurate and up to date.

• Every player is legally rostered.
• Player names are entered correctly (no nicknames or aliases).

Teams using illegal or inaccurate rosters may be subject to ejection penalties in accordance with NCS rules.

Entry Fee Balance

Any remaining tournament entry fee balance must be paid in cash before your team will be allowed to participate. (No Venmo, Zelle etc.)

Food & Beverage Information

Both tournament parks are expected to have snack bars available throughout the weekend.

Teams and spectators are also welcome to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages into the park.

Please help us keep the facilities clean by disposing of all trash in the proper receptacles.

No Smoking or Alcohol

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone attending:

No smoking, vaping, tobacco products, or alcohol of any kind are permitted in, on, or around the playing fields, dugouts, or spectator areas.

• Anyone violating these policies may be asked to leave the facility and could be subject to additional disciplinary action.

We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping maintain a family-friendly environment.

Sportsmanship Expectations

NCS takes pride in providing a positive tournament experience for everyone.

We ask all teams to demonstrate outstanding sportsmanship throughout the weekend.

Only the head coach or manager may discuss rule interpretations or disputes with an umpire or tournament director.

• Players ARE NOT PERMITTED  to argue calls.
• Verbal abuse, profanity directed at officials, trash talking toward NCS staff or umpires,   Other teams or players or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
• Respect your opponents, the officials, our staff, and the game.

Our goal is to provide a competitive, fair, and enjoyable championship experience for everyone involved.

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.

Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.comprior to playing in the tournament.

To complete your roster:

1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.

Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
