━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

WHY DO WE REQUIRE DEPOSITS?

NCS requires deposits for certain events to protect the tournament AND the teams that are committed and ready to play.

We’ve found teams are much more likely to follow through when they have “skin in the game” instead of signing up with no deposit while hoping to find enough players.

Deposits help reduce last-minute no-shows and prevent committed teams from showing up only to receive a forfeit because another team backed out.

We appreciate your understanding and commitment.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

DIVISION INFORMATION

Women’s and all other divisions will be separated whenever we have enough teams.

If there aren’t enough teams to split a division, the RUN-SPOT RULE will be used.

Division slots are subject to adjustment as divisions fill.

Tournament directors reserve the right to combine, split or adjust divisions based on registration.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

SPORTSMANSHIP MATTERS

Thank you for competing with NCS.

Sportsmanship is a major part of every NCS event.

Arguing with umpires will NOT be tolerated.

Respect the game.
Respect the officials.
Respect your opponents.
Compete the right way.

PLEASE NOTE

Certain NCS directors and tournaments may have special rules, policies, formats or awards depending on the region, location or tournament type.

Please check the EVENT INFO page on the tournament website or contact the tournament director BEFORE entering if you have any questions.
