🥎 MEN’S & COED FORMAT

• 2 Pool Play Games into a Single-Elimination Bracket
• Once bracket starts — BRING IT!!!
• Men’s E: 2 Home Runs per team
• Coed: 2 Home Runs per team

🥎 COED LINEUPS — 5/5 OR 6/6

• If you hit 5 men, you must hit 5 women
• If you hit 6 men, you must hit 6 women
• You may have more women in the lineup — just not more men

👴 SENIOR DIVISIONS

AAA: 5 Home Runs
Major: 8 Home Runs

When a Major team plays an AAA team, the Major team will spot AAA 5 runs, and both teams will use the 5-HR limit.

Depending on the number of teams, 40 AAA & 40 Major may be combined for Pool Play.

If combined:
• 3 Pool Play Games
• Major spots AAA 5 runs
• Teams then split into their own brackets
• AAA Championship Bracket
• Major Championship Bracket
• 4-Game Guarantee

💣 HOME RUN RULE
All home runs hit over the fence after your division’s allotted limit are OUTS.

When divisions/levels are mixed, the lower-level home run limit will normally be used.

⚾ BALL RULES

Men’s & Coed: ONYX 44/375 balls ONLY

Seniors: ONYX balls ONLY
🔥 Seniors may also hit ONYX Boom+ balls

💰 ENTRY

$495

Deposits protect NCS and the teams committed to playing. Teams are much more likely to show when they have skin in the game instead of entering while hoping to find enough players.

⚠️ Once your deposit is made, the remaining balance is due BEFORE your 1st game — CASH ONLY.

🚨 SCHEDULE RELEASE POLICY

Once schedules are released, your team is responsible for the FULL ENTRY FEE.

This protects teams that show up ready to compete from having to take forfeits because another team no-shows.

🔀 DIVISIONS / RUN SPOTS

Division slots are subject to adjustment as divisions fill.

Tournament directors reserve the right to combine, split or adjust divisions based on registration.

If divisions need to be combined, the NCS run-spot system will be used.

Example: If Coed Rec has to play in Coed E, the Rec team will receive a 5-run spot.
