Loyalty and/or NIT Paid Berths

Loyalty and NIT paid berths require loyalty to the NCS Senior Program.  Arizona teams that play in another Arizona association on the same date when NCS is hosting a senior event in Arizona will forfeit ANY UNREDEEMED PRIZE(S), VOUCHERS, NIT PAID BERTHS AND LOYALTY PAID BERTHS.

NIT Paid Berths

Teams that earn a paid berth must play in

Arizona N.I.T Series: Paid Berth Policies

●        In-state teams must play in a minimum of two qualifiers in a NIT Series (Winter, Mountain & Las Vegas Points Race) to be eligible for the paid berth prize in the NIT Championship.

 ●        In state NIT Paid Berth Winners must maintain eligibility by qualifying in a minimum of two tournaments in each of the three (Winter, Mountain, Las Vegas) NIT Series throughout the 2026 season

o    Teams that win a NIT Paid Berth and do not maintain eligibility requirements will forfeit the paid berth.

o    Loyalty clause applies (playing on in any association on the same weekend as NCS will forfeit the paid berth and any other outstanding voucher earned)

o    Berth will be given to the next eligible team from the tournament that the paid berth was awarded. 

●        All NIT’s will require a team check in with Drivers ID and each player will be issued a wristband for the tournament.

o    Players that lose the wristband will not be eligible to play in the tournament. 

o    If a player is found without a wristband in the tournament.  The team will forfeit the game.

●        Out of state teams with an NCS state director are required to play in two NCS tournaments prior to the NIT to be eligible for an Arizona NIT paid berth prize.

●        Out of state teams without a NCS state director and are within one state of Arizona are required to play in one qualifier for the year to be eligible to win the paid berth in any of the NIT series..

●        Out of state teams without a NCS state director and are not within one state are exempt from qualifier requirements.  Rosters must be approved by the Arizona state director prior to the tournament.  

 Prize Redemption Policy

Due to the ever-changing price points with our merchandise, equipment, and facilities partners, the following rules apply:

• Redemption Window: All prizes must be redeemed within 60 days of the event in which they were earned.
• Eligible Prizes: This includes, but is not limited to, bats, jerseys, hoodies, and vouchers.
• Exchanges: Prizes may be exchanged during the 60-day redemption period for other items of similar value.
• Approval Requirement: Any prize exchange must be approved by the Tournament Director before being finalized.

Failure to redeem or exchange prizes within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture.
