We guarantee the best quality event possible with great umpires and awards.

All - 3rd STRIKE SPORTS - tournaments are first pay/first play. Entry into an event is not complete until you have paid the entry fee.

Divisions may sell out prior to the payment deadline.

The number of available spots in a division may fluctuate depending on the needs of all divisions that are offered in the event.

EVENT INFO

Team registration fee = $50

3 game guarantee (2 pool to single elimination brackets)

$50 PAP in POOL and BRACKET for 10u and up

$40 PAP in POOL and BRACKET for 8u and down

Brackets will be split depending on the number of teams per division.

Gate Fee :

$10 per person adult - $5 per student per day.

3 coaches and all players get in free.

Rules

We play exclusively by the rules listed on the www.playncs.com website.

Protests are $100. Win your protest and you will get your money back.

6 runs per half in pool and bracket.

Rosters will freeze the day before the start of the event at 11:59PM.

All rosters must be complete and team insurance uploaded and approved before the freeze date.

TEAM COOLERS ONLY & NO ALCOHOL.

Awards

All first-place teams will receive Championship Rings.

All Finalist will receive Finalist Rings.

All Championships will receive a team banners & a MVP Ring

How do I submit a schedule request?

Please use the tab on the event info to submit a schedule request. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

Behavior at the events

-3rd STRIKE SPORTS- has a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior.

Any fan, parent, player, or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards anyone at the tournament.

- 3rd STRIKE SPORTS - reserves the right to refuse any person from entering the complex due to disrespectful and adverse behavior.

Speakers and radios are allowed. Please be respectful of the other teams that are participating.

Zero tolerance for vulgar language.

Refunds:

Once schedules have been released, there will be no refunds for teams that withdraw. Gate fees are not refundable 

If the event gets canceled, you may transfer to another - 3rdSTRIKE SPORTS - event for no additional fees.

All refunds are subject to a processing fee of $50.

If teams get into bracket play, awards will be given off of the bracket standings.

Weather:

NCS rule for lightning is 10 miles and in, we must clear the park. We will use this unless the city has rules that exceed the 10 mile mark.

30 minute minimum delay for lightning within 10 miles. 

Tournament officials will be watching and working with the cities to make prompt decisions.

All weather updates will be sent out via email through the NCS system.

Do I need team insurance?

Yes, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured.

You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. You must upload your insurance to your team profile before the event.
