ENTRY FEE & PAYMENT INFORMATION

$195 ENTRY FEE

TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED (DIGITAL PAYMENT TIME STAMP); TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASIONS.

Scenario - Why do you see 14 teams entered but only 10 spots available?

Teams can secure their spot early and avoid being moved to the waitlist by completing the following:

• Entry fee paid in full
• Insurance on file
• Minimum of 8 players on the roster

Confirmed teams will be visible to all and marked with a  check mark next to their name.

Teams are confirmed in the order payment is received (based on Venmo timestamp). Please note that tournaments will often sell out before the payment deadline. The NCS system will continue to allow teams to enter until the set number of CONFIRMED teams for the division is reached. If your team is moved to the waitlist, you will receive an email notification.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

4 GG: 2 seeded pool games → Double Elimination Bracket 

Pool

• -60 minutes, finish the inning, can end in a tie
• -bat your lineup, free subs
• -4 runs per half inning for 8u/10u ONLY. For 12u-HS: the game requires 3 outs to move to the next inning.  
• -Coin flip for home/away.
• $50 Pay-At-The- Plate

Bracket

• -75 minutes, finish the inning, must have a winner
• -ITB: last out placed on 2, 1 out, no count on the batter; consecutive ITBs: last 2 outs placed on 2nd and 3rd, 1 out, no count on the batter
• -Courtesy runner allowed for pitcher/catcher. Courtesy runner must be a sub. 
• -2 EPs are allowed for a maximum of 11 in the lineup.
• -Run Rule: 12/2, 10/3, 8/4, 6/5
• -Coin flip for home/away until Championship game. Home team is undefeated team in the Championship.
• -CANNOT BAT THE LINEUP
• $55 Pay-At-The- Plate

PLEASE BE AT YOUR FIELD READY TO PLAY 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED GAME TIME. 

AWARDS - Awards given to top 2 teams in each age division.

Gate Fees & Coaches’ Check-In Policy

• Adults: $12 per day

• Children under 12: FREE

• Daily Pass Required: Everyone must purchase a new gate pass each day. A Saturday pass is not valid for Sunday.

ALL GATE SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including team performance, weather events, game cancellations, delays, or rainouts.

COACHES’ PASSES & CHECK-IN

A maximum of THREE (3) coaches’ passes per team will be issued.

ALL COACHES MUST CHECK IN AT THE DESIGNATED COACHES’ CHECK-IN TABLE before entering the dugout or field of play.

To receive a coaches’ pass, each coach must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Be listed on the team’s official NCS roster under the coaches tab.

• Have a completed, current-season NCS background check on file.

• Check in at the designated coaches’ check-in table.

IMPORTANT: NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any coach who is not listed on the team’s NCS roster or who has not completed the required NCS background check will NOT be issued a coaches’ pass and will NOT be permitted in the dugout or on the field of play.

Coaches are responsible for verifying their roster information and background-check status BEFORE arriving at the tournament. Please do not wait until check-in to discover that you are not eligible for a coaches’ pass.

These requirements are enforced in accordance with applicable NCS Fastpitch rules and tournament policies.

 Gate Policy 

The following policy will be strictly enforced at all events:

• Gate personnel will place all armbands directly on each paid spectator and all tournament issued coaches.

• All armbands must be worn on the wrist at all times — NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Armbands may NOT be carried or stored on wagons, purses, hats, shoes, wallets, or any other items.

• Any armband that is broken, cut, removed, tampered with, or lost is INVALID AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• NO replacements will be honored. A new armband must be purchased for entry.

• All individuals must present a valid armband upon every entry and re-entry into the park.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in denied entry

ALL FACILITY RULES & TURF COMPLEX(s)

• TURF COMPLEXES ONLY - NO metal cleats — Turf shoes or molded cleats ONLY
• TAYLOR REGIONAL PARK - they have one turf field on the softball side of the park (field 1) as well as one turf field on the baseball side (field 10). Be prepared to play on turf and dirt!

STRICTLY ENFORCED POLICIES AT EVERY PARK:

• NO outside food, drinks, or personal coolers
• NO alcohol or tobacco anywhere on site
• NO firearms or weapons of ANY KIND on the field of play (including dugouts)
• NO shelled snacks of any kind

These policies are strictly enforced by Directors, NCS Fastpitch, and facility staff.

Full concessions available on-site

• Credit cards accepted at most concessions but not all – be prepared to use Venmo or Cash if credit cards are NOT accepted.

WEATHER POLICY

Weather delays may occur due to lightning or severe conditions. The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the format at any time to stay on schedule or complete the event.

Weather Cancellation Credits:

• 0 games started: 100% credit
• 1 game started: 50% credit
• 2 games started: No credit
• A game started = a game played

REFUND / CREDIT POLICY 

• No refunds issued — credits for future MM Sports events ONLY

Withdrawal Timeline:

• By Sunday before event: 100% credit
• After Sunday – before Monday 12 PM: 50% credit
• After Monday 12 PM: No credit
• Divisions that do not make: 100% credit

Credits may only be used toward another MM Sports Event 

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR NOTE

The Tournament Director reserves the right to alter format or divisions as needed (including but not limited to moving C-Class teams to Open divisions in the same age group due to low enrollment). The Tournament Director also reserves the right to change assigned playing location (including but not limited to being able to complete an event due to weather conditions or low/high enrollment/Team Classification Changes i.e. team was a C-Class and is now a B-Class they MUST move to Open).
