As of 04/30/26 @ 7:00 am we are opening entries back up to take a few more teams due to the late cancel of the Temple tournament BUT coaches you will have to call us to enter and see availability. ⚠️ WEATHER CONTINGENCY PLAN:
IFLorena is unable to host games on Saturday, the event will be moved to a ONE DAY ONLY format on Sunday.


👉 IF moved to ONE DAY ONLY:

  • ONLY the FIRST 12 PAID TEAMS will be accepted (based on payment time-stamp)
  • The LAST 4 TEAMS WILL BE DROPPED & REFUNDED (We are accepting the FIRST 12 PAID of a total of 16 entered and confirmed)

  • 3 Game Guarantee
  • 2 Seeded Pools
  • Single Elimination Bracket


🗓️ CURRENT SCHEDULE (if weather allows):

  • Saturday: Half-day start at 1:00 PM
  • Sunday: Full day, starting no later than 8:00 AM

Why do you see 14 teams entered but only 10 spots available?
Teams can secure their spot early and avoid being moved to the waitlist by completing the following:

  • Entry fee paid in full
  • Insurance on file
  • Minimum of 8 players on the roster

Confirmed teams will be visible to all and marked with a check mark next to their name.

Teams are confirmed in the order payment is received (based on Venmo timestamp). Please note that tournaments will often sell out before the payment deadline.

The NCS system will continue to allow teams to enter until the set number of CONFIRMED teams for the division is reached. If your team is moved to the waitlist, you will receive an email notification.


The Event Information provided here is the most current and will take precedence over the tournament flyer. Details may change due to weather, low team participation, or other factors not limited to these.

GAME FORMAT DETAILS

POOL PLAY

  • 60 minutes, finish the batter, games can end in a TIE
  • 4 runs per half inning
  • Run Rule: 10/3, 8/4, 6/5
  • CAN BAT THE LINEUP
  • $50 PAP


BRACKET PLAY

  • 75 minutes, finish the inning, MUST HAVE A WINNER
  • 8u/10u ONLY: 6 runs per half inning. All older divisions must have 3 outs to get out of the inning. 
  • ITB (International Tie Breaker):
    • 1st ITB: Last out placed on 2nd, 1 out, no count
    • Consecutive ITBs: Last 2 outs placed on 2nd & 3rd, 2 outs, no count
  • Run Rule: 10/3, 8/4, 6/5
  • CANNOT BAT THE LINEUP: 2 EPs allowed to bat a total of 11 OR you can utilize a DP/Flex and 1 EP
  • $50 PAP


AWARDS

Max of 13 per team

MVP CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS WHEN APPLICABLE

  • Championship MVP glove applies to Top Tier Bracket MVP(s) ONLY
  • Awards will only be issued if the division has a minimum of 10 teams


MVPs are selected by the championship game umpire crew.


GATE FEES

  • Adults: $15/day OR $20/weekend
  • Kids under 12: FREE

🚨 Gate Policy Update – Effective April 19, 2026 

The following policy will be strictly enforced at all events:

  • Gate personnel will place all armbands directly on each paid spectator and all tournament issued coaches.

  • All armbands must be worn on the wrist at all times — NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Armbands may NOT be carried or stored on wagons, purses, hats, shoes, wallets, or any other items.

  • Any armband that is broken, cut, removed, tampered with, or lost is INVALID AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • NO replacements will be honored. A new armband must be purchased for entry.

  • All individuals must present a valid armband upon every entry and re-entry into the park.


Failure to comply with this policy will result in denied entry.


ALL FACILITY RULES & TURF COMPLEX(s)

🚨STRICTLY ENFORCED POLICIES AT EVERY PARK:

  • NO outside food, drinks, or personal coolers
  • NO alcohol or tobacco anywhere on site
  • NO firearms or weapons of ANY KIND on the field of play (including dugouts)
  • NO shelled nuts of any kind

These policies are strictly enforced by Directors, NCS Fastpitch, and facility staff.


Full concessions available on-site

  • Credit cards accepted at most concessions but not all – be prepared to use Venmo or Cash if credit cards are NOT accepted.


WEATHER POLICY

Weather delays may occur due to lightning or severe conditions. The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust the format at any time to stay on schedule or complete the event.

Weather Cancellation Credits:

  • 0 games started: 100% credit
  • 1 game started: 50% credit
  • 2 games started: No credit
  • A game started = a game played


REFUND / CREDIT POLICY (Effective January 1, 2026)

  • No refunds issued — credits for future 3p Sports events ONLY


Withdrawal Timeline: NONE

  • NO WITHDRAWAL ACCEPTED FOR THIS EVENT 
  • If Division does not make or you are dropped because of POSSIBLE format change due to field conditions: 100% refund

Credits may only be used toward another 3P Sports Event


TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR NOTE

The Tournament Director reserves the right to alter format or divisions as needed (including but not limited to moving C-Class teams to Open divisions in the same age group due to low enrollment). The Tournament Director also reserves the right to change assigned playing location (including but not limited to being able to complete an event due to weather conditions or low/high enrollment/Team Classification Changes i.e. team was a C-Class and is now a B-Class they MUST move to Open).
