Event Eligibility:
- The RYA Rec Softball All-Stars Tournament is open to Recreational and Advanced Recreational / Premier Softball (Class C-Rec) teams only. No Select teams or players are allowed. This tournament is exclusively for true Recreational All-Star teams and Premier/Advanced Recreational teams — no club or independent teams.
- Teams must have insurance and rosters on file through NCS prior to June 26th.
- Registrations for this event will open up on May 1st!
Age Divisions & Number of Teams:
(Ages are determined by the player's age as of September 1, 2025)
- 6U - 4 teams max - $325/team
- 8U - 10 teams max - $400/team
- 10U - 10 teams max - $400/team
- 12U - 8 teams max - $400/team
- 14U - 6 teams max - $400/team
Processing fees will be applied to the team's entry fees.
There are no gate fees and no Pay At Plate (PAP) fees for this tournament.
All fees are included in the registration fees.
Refund Questions:
- No refunds will be issued after game times are posted.
- There will be a non-refundable $75 admin fee once the tournament starts.
- Full refunds will be given if the tournament is canceled due to weather before it begins.
Schedule Requests:
- Schedule requests will be honored in the order they are received - please remember that these are requests and not guarantees. All requests must be submitted no later than Friday, June 19th.
Tournament Format:
- Saturday will consist of two (2) pool play games for all teams.
- Sunday will be a single-elimination tournament based on Saturday's pool play seeding with Gold and Silver Brackets for age divisions with 8+ teams.
- This tournament is a 3-game guarantee.
RYA Tournament Rules:
- The RYA Softball All-Stars Tournament will follow the DFW Mid-Cities Softball Interlock rules for this Summer 2026 Rec All-Stars Tournament.
- This is done to keep the rules consistent with other local youth softball All-Stars tournaments.
