Game Balls provided - 3 new balls for each Game.

Payment must be sent, in order to solidify their spot.

Teams must be registered with NCS and submit roster and team insurance. (Must be approved)

Tourney Details:

Pool Play Games: 70min
Bracket Games: 70min (Finish the inning) - Championship Game 90min 

MVP Award for the champion team- Rings and a Banner Championship game 

(Alcohol is not permitted at any NCS Fastpitch CC facility)Teams will forfeit, if found.

All teams must have rosters and insurance completed/submitted and approved prior to each event.

National Fastpitch rules, plus NCS rules will apply.

Saturday Games:

1. 12U-16U 20 after 2, 15 after 3, 10 after 4 

2. Lineups: Free substitution. You may bat your entire roster. need to exchange lineups.

3. Courtesy Runners: If you are batting your entire roster, you may use your last recorded out as a courtesy runner for the pitcher and catcher.  If you are not batting your entire roster, then NFHS Softball rules apply.

4. Time Limits: All Saturday games will be 1 hour 10 minutes, no new inning. 

5. Home team determined by coin flip.

6. Protests -- NONE -- the decision of the field umpire(s) will be final.

7. Games may end in a tie in pool play.

8. Clean dugout after each game.

9. Mercy rule: 12U-16U 20 after 2, 15 after 3, 10 after 4

10. Lineups: Free substitution. You may bat your entire roster. need to exchange lineups.

Sunday Games:

1. Time Limit for Bracket Play games is no new inning after 1 hour and 10 minutes. 

2.  Run rule: 20 after 2, 15 after 3, 10 after 4 

3. Tie: Bracket Play: Must have winner. If at the end of 6 innings, or time limit expires, the next inning starts with a runner (LAST TWO OUTS) at first and second base. Consolation games may end in a tie.

4. Ball: NCS will provide the game balls.

5. Game Time: Game time is forfeit time unless the delay is created by NCS.

6. Home Team: Higher Seed by record or runs

7. Dugouts: First come

8. Age Protest: All protests will be accompanied be $100 cash before the protest will be discussed or ruled on.
   
   
   LINEUP OPTIONS
   OPTION 1 – Straight 9:
   Teams may bat 9 players only. Any of the 9 may play defense.
   OPTION 2 – Bat the Entire Lineup:
   Teams may choose to bat everyone on their roster. Free defensive substitutions are allowed.
   OPTION 3 – EP (Extra Player):
   Teams may bat 10 players by using an EP. Any 9 of the 10 may play defense.
   
   

Playing Rules: All NCS tournaments and events will be played using NFHS rules with the following exceptions.

Pitching distance - 12U Division 40 Feet
Pitching distance - 14U Division 43 Feet
Pitching distance - 16U Division 43 Feet
