Great competition, competitive formats and weekends full of baseball await us!!  Each of our tournaments offers you the opportunity to win an entry to the next event by winning your designated division’s gold bracket! Experience a new era of FastPitch in El Paso!!

TOURNAMENT FORMAT: 

One time GOLD Bracket winners of an event will automaticaly get awarded a free entry pass to any NCS event in the nation of your chosing. ( not to include world series or international events such as PR or any other outside the country events) 

Two time GOLD bracket event winners will automatically get awarded a free entry pass to any NCS World Series event in the nation ( not to include world series or international events such as PR or any other outside the country events)

TEAMS MUST BE READY TO PLAY 30 MIN PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED GAME TIME

POOL GAMES:
5 RUNS PER HALF IN POOL
OPEN LINEUP/SUBS
NO "CATCH UP" RULE IN FINISH THE INNING POOL PLAY. IF THE HOME TEAM IS DOWN MORE THAN THE MAX (5) RUNS IN THE HALF INNING, THE GAME WILL END. *EXCLUDING STATE/NATIONAL EVENTS*

BRACKET GAMES:

TEAMS WILL BE ALLOWED 2 EP PLAYERS, MAX 11 BATTERS IN LINE UP
HOME TEAM IS THE OFFICIAL SCOREKEEPER

NO GAMES PLAYED 100% CREDIT TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER A2 TOURNAMENT EVENT

2 GAMES PLAYED - NO CREDIT 

ALL TEAMS MUST…
- BE REGISTERED AND SANCTION THEIR TEAMS WITH NCS FOR THE CURRENT 2025-2026 SEASON.
- UPLOAD AND SUBMIT A COPY OF TEAM INSURANCE OR PAY $15 FOR WEEKEND INSURANCE.
- COMPLETE AND UPDATE ONLINE PLAYER ROSTERS

- SUBMIT ENTRY FEE PAYMENT BY NO LATER THAN TUESDAY BEFORE TOURNAMENT DATE.

Teams that drop after the TUESDAY prior to the event will forfeit the entry fee.
If entry fee is not received by the TUESDAY prior to event, your spot will be forfeited.

Team insurance MUST be uploaded by payment deadline & NCS MUST be named as additional insured.

* IF INSURANCE IS NOT UPLOADED BY THE DEADLINE - AN INSURANCE POLICY WILL BE PURCHASED FOR THE TEAM AND THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE INSURANCE WILL BE THE HEAD COACH/MANAGER RESPONSIBILITY AND PAID FOR AT CHECK IN*

Team MUST have a minimum of 8 players - NO EXCEPTIONS

ROSTERS MUST BE UPLOADED 24 HOURS BEFORE GAME TIME - MUST INCLUDE PICK UP PLAYERS. IF A NON-ROSTERED PLAYER STEPS ON THE FIELD DURING GAME TIME, TEAM MAY BE SUBJECTED TO FORFEIT. IF NON-ROSTERED PLAYERS ARE PROTESTED, ROSTERED PLAYERS MAY BE PROTESTED AS WELL. 

* HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAVING TEAM INSURANCE & ALL OFFICIAL TEAM ROSTERS ON HAND IN CASE OF A PROTESTED EVENT TO OCCUR*

**PROTEST FEE IS $100 - FULL REFUND IF TEAM WINS PROTEST**
