Tourney format:

3 pool games in a SINGLE elimination bracket

*Blind draw at check-in for bracket position*

*Gate Fee: $10 daily; CASH ONLY*

*Each team is allowed three (3) coaches and one (1) Team cooler*

*Pay at the Plate Fees:

$40 Pool/$50 Bracket

*Pool Games:

 (3) 60 minutes, finish the last batter

- 5 runs per half inning

*Bracket:

- SINGLE Elimination bracket 

- Run rule: 12, 10, 8, 6 after 2, 3, 4, 5

- ITB: runner at 2nd and 3rd, 1 out (Repeat till winner)

- Courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers is a sub; If no subs, you cannot courtesy runner for pitchers and catchers.

Tournament Housekeeping rules:

-Team must be ready to play 20 minutes prior to scheduled game time.  We will start games early if we can.

**The Tournament Director has the right to change the format to make sure the tournament is completed on time.  If the tournament format is changed and reaches completion, there are no refunds.

Concessions will be on site.  No coolers or outside food and drinks are allowed. Water jugs/bottles are allowed for all athletes.

No pets are allowed in the complex per city ordinance.

 Awards:

1st Place & 2nd Place teams!

Rain-Out Policy:

0 games played = full refund

1 game played = 50% refund

2 games played = 25% refund

3 or more games played = NO refund

**A game started is a game played**

**No refunds for dropping on or after September 17**
