A&A SPORTS CLUB  Mission

  We will strive to provide the youth of today with opportunities through fastpitch softball, helping Them grow in competitive play. Our goal is to hold well organized events hassle free, drama free, and good family friendly atmosphere at all of our events. We also stride to give as much back to the players of our events as much as possible keeping youth active on the fields where dreams are made, Friendships are gained, and sportsmanship is shown .

Payment Options for Entry & Gate Fee:

Cash or Cash APP.         

Max Runs Per Inning and Run Rule.

• Max Runs Per Inning = 7.
• Run Rule = 15 AFTER 3 COMPLETE INNINGS, 10 AFTER 4 COMPLETE INNINGS, 8 AFTER 5 COMPLETE INNINGS
• The game is over when the opposing team is mathematically eliminated from scoring enough runs to win or tie the game after time expires. Run Rules still apply.

·         POOL...  60 MIN FINISH THE INNINIG  IF NEEDED games must have a winner

·         BRACKET... 60 MIN FINISH THE INNING               games must have a winner

·         Extra inning results in PLAYERS ON 2ND AND 3RD WITH 1 OUT

·         Championship no time limit run rules applied

·         Each Team Will provide one game ball per game

·         Home Team is the Official Scorekeeper

·         No "IF" game in single elimination brackets

·         NO METAL SPIKES ON THE TURF, NO GUM, OR SEEDS.!!!

·         Protests are $100. Win your protest and you will get your money back.

·          If Team is deemed and found guilty Knowingly and willingly of breaking the rules and playing with illegal players or anything such that matter the coaches of that team will be removed from tournament possibly fined and banned from future events. So we will ask please follow the rules play fair and Show good sportsmanship

Behavior at the events

·         A&A SPORTS CLUB- has a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior.

·         A&A SPORTS CLUB -Any fan, parent, player, or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards anyone at the tournament.

·         A&A SPORTS CLUB- reserves the right to keep any person from entering the property due to disrespectful and adverse behavior. 

·         Rosters MUST be online no exceptions, players may appear on coaches’ side and not public view,

·         all players will have a timestamp from when they were added to the roster.

·         Failure to have players listed online could cause your team to be protested, at which point all players not listed will become illegal.

Rain Policy:
 complexes are half turf! However, lightning and continuous rain could be an issue.
No games played 100% refund
1 game played 75% refund
2 games played 50% refund
3 or more games played – No refund

Any rules and all calls are final when the umpire makes the decision the umpire runs the field.
