Teams that drop after the Wednesday prior to the event will forfeit the entry fee.

GATE FEE:   ADULTS - $10 PER DAY, $20 tournament pass

                      CHILDREN - $5 PER DAY, $10 tournament pass

ALL Rosters must be online!

4 Game Guarantee - 2 pool games, double elimination bracket

 60 min. pool games - $45 PAP

70 min. bracket games - $50 PAP

8U -games will have 2 umpires

Pool games - 60 minutes - $40/team PAP

Bracket games - 60 minutes, finish inning - $45 PAP

Each Team Will provide one game ball per game

Home Team is the Official Scorekeeper

No "IF" game Team in Winners Bracket is Home team

Tournament Director has the right to change the format to ensure timely finish

If you drop after payment deadline line, no refunds.

Rainout Policy: A refund minus the administration fee or Credit towards another tournament will be given when less than three games are not played because of weather. Number of games already played will determine the amount of refund.

Administration fee in case of Cancellation: $25

Here at Huber Ranch, we are HAPPY to allow you to play music for team spirit! However, we ask that you maintain a respectful volume and DO NOT play songs with profanity. You will be given ONE warning before being asked to turn your music OFF. Please remember that there are other games going on and other spectators in the park!
