• Tailgating & overnight allowed only in VIP area at Mather - NO MORE BASEBALL FIELD TENT CAMPINING 
• NO overnighting or tailgating at Sac Complex or anywhere  ELSE EXCEPT MATHER VIP area

ONCE PAID, YOU WILL GET A 44 HOUR HUSTLE WRISTBAND THAT IS GOOD AT BOTH PARKS FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND. DON'T LOSE IT OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN!

NO OVERNIGHT CAMPING OR SLEEPING OR PARKING AT THE SAC COMPLEX! THIS IS ONLY ALLOWED AT MATHER IN THE VIP Parking Area

$25 for a 2 day Pass for Overnight stay in the VIP section only at Mather

Tournament Entry balance owed must be paid in cash at fields before you can play.

$10 gate fee for all adults and teenagers - good for both complexes for entire weekend.

🚫 No gum, seeds, smoking, outside food or drinks allowed inside any complex.

ROSTERS MUST BE ONLINE - remind players they have to accept the email invite from us/ you

Make sure your team is legal - IF YOU NEED TO MOVE UP A LEVEL, LET US KNOW NOW OR YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT ETC. -

3 games minimum, we are not sure yet if it will be bracket or pool play- depends on team count

We’re excited to have your team compete! Please review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful tournament experience.

Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.com prior to playing in the tournament.

To complete your roster:

1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.

3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”

4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).

•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).

5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.

If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.

Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.

2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”

3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.

4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.
