Red Oak is 100% turf. No gum, seeds of any kind, no metal spikes, no sugary drinks in the dugout. No music before 9am or after 6pm. These are the city's rules, they strictly enforce them. No cooking out in the back parking lot where the concession is.

NO PETS, INCLUDING DOGS, CATS, GOATS, PIGS, ECT, If its fury or eats, and poops, dont bring it!!.. Don't ask why we have to include goats and pigs in this.. People have actually shown up with them..

Midlothian Sports Complex, dogs must be on a leash, clean up after your pet please.

Red Oak and Midlothian will have full concessions Saturday and Sunday.

Coaches, you are responsible for your fans. If a fan gets tossed, the Head Coach goes also. It's softball, it gets heated and emotions run high at times. Take your pulse, stay calm and all will be well! If you have any issues please contact the onsite director.

Red Oak Onsite Director is Jeremy Hightower, he will be set up at a table next to the concessions.

Make sure your rosters are online before 8am Saturday morning. ROSTERS MUST BE ONLINE AND CORRECT!! Please make sure your insurance is uploaded to your NCS team page and approved. If your insurance is not uploaded or approved, NCS will charge a $25 fee to cover your team. That $25 will be due before your first game.

$100 PROTEST FEE TO PROTEST ROSTERS, PLAYERS, RULE INTERPRETATION. JUDGEMENT CALLS CAN NOT BE PROTESTED. TELL THE UMPIRE YOU WANT TO PROTEST, THE CLOCK WILL BE STOPPED, HE WILL GET THE ONSITE TD, THE $100 FEE MUST BE PAID BEFORE DISCUSSING ANYTHING WITH THE TD. IF YOU WIN YOU GET YOUR $100 back.

Teams will provide 2 Game balls per game, take them with you when each game is complete.

If we have enough teams we will play the 2 Pool games and divide the bracket into DIAMOND, GOLD, AND SILVER brackets based off pool seeding. 8 TEAM MIN TO SPLIT BRACKETS into a Diamond or Gold Bracket. With 12 teams we will add a SILVER bracket.

MVP Award for the Championships

This is an MVP Event a player from each team will receive an MVP Award in each Pool game! Coaches make sure to get an MVP card at each plate meeting. Pick a player from the opposing team as MVP each pool game. Write the players number on the MVP card and give it to that players coach. MVPs will turn the card in to the TD to get their MVP ring.

8u 4 pool to Double elimination 60 minute games

12u 2 pool to double elimination with a silver bracket for teams that lose their first 2 bracket games. 75 minute pool and bracket

We have multiple facilities in RED OAK, Corsicana, Midlothian, Cedar Hill, and surrounding areas to accommodate 60+ teams. Venues can and will change due to number of teams, weather, ect. Be prepared to play within 45 miles of RED OAK. Venue assignments will be announced a week prior to the tournament.
