Tournament Format is 2 non-seeded pool games to a double elimination bracket.

Awards given to top 2 teams in each age division. Max of 13.

Pool:

-60 minutes, finish the batter, can end in a TIE

-5 runs per half inning

-Run Rule: 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

-$50 PAP

Bracket:

-75 minute, finish the inning, MUST HAVE A WINNER

-ITB: last out placed on 2nd, 1 out, no count; consecutive ITBs- last 2 outs placed on 2nd and 3rd, 2 outs, no count

-Run Rule: 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

-$50 PAP

Weather delays can occur for lightning/severe weather. TD reserves the right to alter format to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.

WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:

    0 games started: 100% refund.

    1 game started: 50% credit to future 3P event.

    2 games started: No credit.

A game started is a game played.

Starting January 1, 2026

We will no longer issue refunds for events for dropping, ONLY credits towards other 3P Events.

    Teams withdrawing by Sunday (prior to the event start date): 100% credit.

    Teams withdrawing after Sunday but by 12 PM on Monday: 50% credit.

    Teams withdrawing after 12 PM on Monday: No credit.

    Teams in divisions that do not make: 100% refund.

    Credits can only be used toward another 3P tournament.

Full concession on site - NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK. This policy is strictly enforced by the facility.

Gate:

Adults: $15/day OR

$20/Weekend

Kids under 12 are free.
