To help avoid long lines and ensure a smoother check-in, we highly encourage everyone to purchase gate tickets online in advance:

Ticket Details:

• Daily Pass – $15

• World Series Week Pass – $60

• Children 10 & under – FREE

• Players in uniform and 3 coaches per team – FREE

• Wristbands must be worn at all times – no replacements for lost or broken bands

Official South Coast World Series Merchandise – Now Available Online (while supplies last):

• Medals – $10

• Pins – $10

• Towels – $10

• Caps – $35

• Shirts – $35

Mandatory Team Check-In

Dear Coaches and Parents,


Please review the following important information regarding mandatory team check-in for the upcoming event:

✅ TEAM CHECK-IN IS MANDATORY
All teams must complete check-in before participating.
Teams will not be allowed to compete until this process is completed.

🗓 Team Check-In Details:
📍 Date: Sunday, July 13, 2025
⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM
📌 Location: Legacy Sports Complex, 1545 Saratoga Blvd, Corpus Christi, TX 78417

🔍 Coach Checklist – Please Complete Before Check-In:

  1. Update your NCS roster to include only players who will be participating in this event.

  2. Print your official NCS roster with only the attending players listed.

  3. Prepare a team binder with the following:

    • A copy of each player’s birth certificate

    • A copy of school report card (only if a player is grade-exempt)

    • Your official printed NCS roster

  4. Team Insurance:

    • Ensure your insurance is uploaded and verified in your NCS account.

    • If not verified, a $50 No Insurance Fee will be due at check-in.
