Session 2 Itinerary

Dear Coaches & Parents,

We’re excited to welcome you to the upcoming 2025 NCS World Series – Session 2! Please review the schedule and check-in information below to help your team prepare for a successful week of baseball, fun, and celebration.


📅 Event Schedule:

Friday, June 27
• 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Team Check-In, Skills Competitions & Pin Trading
• 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Pool Play Games
• 6:00 PM: Team Parade at Whataburger Field
• 7:30 PM: Hook’s Game
• After the Game: Fireworks Show

Saturday, June 28
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Pool Play Games Continue
• 7:00 PM: Home Run Derby & Pin Trading

Sunday, June 29
• 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM: Bracket Play Games

Monday, June 30
• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Bracket Play Games Continue

Tuesday, July 1
• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM: Bracket & Championship Games


✅ Mandatory Team Check-In

All teams must complete check-in prior to participating in the event. Teams will not be allowed to compete until check-in is complete.

Check-In Details:
• Date: Friday, June 27, 2025
• Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Location: Portland Municipal Park


📋 Coach Checklist – Please Complete Before Check-In

  1. Update your NCS roster to include only the players participating in this event.

  2. Print your official NCS roster with only the players attending.

  3. Prepare a team binder that includes:
    • A copy of each player’s birth certificate
    • The official printed NCS roster

  4. Team Insurance:
    • Make sure your team insurance is uploaded and verified in your NCS account.
    • If not verified, a $50 No Insurance Fee will be collected at check-in.
