All fields are on a 2 hour delay

Pricing:

6u D2: $350 Umpires- $30.00 per game (PAP) 50min will be t-ball

6u Open: $350 Umpires- $30.00 per game (PAP) 50min will be coach pitch

7u & 8u: $350.00+ Umpires- $35.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 5min

9u-12u: $400.00 + Umpires- $50.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 30min

13u & 14u: $400.00 + Umpires $60.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 45min


15-18u: $400.00 + Umpires $70.00 per game (PAP) 1hr 50min


Gate Fee: $12.00 per person 12 years and older
There will also be a week pass for $40 per person

Tournament Format:

- There will be no games on Wednesday but there will be a Round Rock Express game that tickets can be bought for and players will be able to go on the field

- 2 pool games Thursday and 1 on Friday

- Skills competition on Friday

- Double Elimination bracket will be held over Saturday and Sunday

- Teams that go 0-2 during the bracket and are out on Saturday will have a consolation bracket on Sunday


Skills Competition:

- Around The Horn (4 players)- Teams will line up and throw around the bases. Teams will be given two attempts to log their best score. 

- Golden Spikes (4 players)- This is a speed competition where runners will have 2 attempts to reach their best time on a race around the bases

- Homerun Derby (2 players)- Batters will have 7 outs to record as many home runs as possible

- Golden Arm (4 players)- this is an accuracy based competition where competitors will throw at a target with points awarded based on accuracy 

- Skills competition on Friday along with pin trading


6u-10u all skills except homerun derby on field 9

Homerun derby for 6u-12u on field 7

11-12u all other skills on field 11

13u-18u skills competitions will be on fields 12 and 14.

Skills competitions will be first come first served starting at 3pm for the 6u-12u and starting at 4:30pm for 13u-18u. All that is required is for the participant to identify themselves and declare which age and team they are participating with. 

For home run derby you will be required to bring your own pitcher to participate.

Rules:

Rules listed on the event info page supersede the central region rules listed on the playNCS.com website


We utilize outs instead of innings for pitching totals.
No more than 6 outs if you want to pitch the next day. 
9u-12u can have a maximum of 18 outs in a day and 13u-18u can have a maximum of 21.
No player can pitch all 4 consecutive days.


Run Rules

5u-8u : 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5

9u-18u: 20 after 1, 15 after 2, 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5


We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or temporary mounds.


Awards:

NCS Championship Rings are awarded to 1st & 2nd place.

A team belt and 12 NCS chains will be awarded to the 1st place team.

*All Brackets will receive an MVP award for the Champion

Banners will be awarded to the Finalist and Champion of Every Bracket


Schedule Requests:


Please submit all schedule request using the schedule request tab on the event menu or by sending them to centexelitescheduling@gmail.com. We will take schedule request until the Tuesday evening prior to the event. You can block out a 4 hour block on Friday or Saturday that you cannot play only! Schedule request that are more restrictive than a 4 hour "no play" block will be difficult to accommodate but we will do our best!.

Example of a schedule request we will accept: We cannot play between 8am and 12pm on Saturday.

Example of a schedule request that we will have trouble accommodating: We cannot play before 4pm.

Teams must be prepared to play from Friday evening until Sunday evening, REMEMBER: this is just a request not a guarantee but we will do our best to accommodate you.



Rosters/Waivers:

Rosters are available until Tuesday July 8th at 11:59pm. Please submit your rosters as soon as possible. Players that do not have signed waivers by the cutoff are not eligible to play!
