Mather Park Rules

Coaches and parents, due to much more strict enforcement of park rules passed on to us from both Mather and Woodland, we now have to give teams, parents, players and coaches one warning "now" regarding following park rules. Specifically for Mather this weekend, there will be zero tolerance for sunflower seeds. Any teams that are caught with seeds and shells in stands, dugouts and fields, your team may forfeit and be ejected from the tournament. Any one person who breaks the rule the entire team will be penalized out. And there will be zero refunds given if team is ejected.

Should you go into dugout to begin a game and you see seeds, notify directors immediately and we will handle it on the spot. If you do not notify us, and seeds are found, it will be assumed they are yours and your team may be ejected.

This is a very serious issue that the parks are requiring enforcement and as directors we must follow the guidelines and as participants, so must you. Thank you

(METAL) are not allowed on turf. For baseball or softball events, cleats of any kind are not permitted on the turf.

Outside food or drinks is not allowed on the grounds  except for bottled water. Each designated team (mom/dad) will be allowed to bring in 1 ice chest with bottle water ONLY for the team players. This will be the responsibility of the gate person to check. Leave coolers in vehicles. Barbecuing within the parking lots or grass areas is not permitted.
