Host Hotels, 

All teams traveling more than 75 miles are required to have 80% of the families stay at one of the host hotels and "must book" using the provided booking code. Any teams who wish to book at other properties, or outside the discounted block provided can do say by paying an additional $1,000 buyout fee and that musty be paid prior to bracketing the event. Third party website bookings not approved. Any teams not staying in host hotel using group code must pay additional $1000 to participate.

We strive to keep the costs way down in our World Series and do not charge a gate fee during the World Series, so your support with the host hotels, while required, is greatly appreciated and allows us to pay for the rooms for all of our traveling umpires and staff.

All teams 8U-14U will be playing in all locations (Reno, Sparks, Carson City) 

15U-19U will play in Sparks and Reno but may also have games in Carson City

Our championship event is a 5-game guarantee, 4-day event. This will allow you enough time to enjoy all the great daytime activities and the nightlife of Northern Nevada.

Our Summer World Series location is in the beautiful Sierra Nevada’s of Northern Nevada, featuring Golden Eagle Sports Complex a Fantastic 12 field all turf complex with a full restaurant and of course snack bars. Along With Northern Nevada’s finest surrounding complexes.
