COMPETITION:

Format: 3 Game Guarantee | Gold & Silver Brackets

-2 pool games into a single elimination.

ITINERARY:

-FRIDAY: Team check in, coaches meeting and additional activities.

-SATURDAY/SUNDAY: Pool Games

-MONDAY: Semifinals and Championship Games

⚾ Playing Rules

All games follow NCS NATIONAL Rules. (Southwest Rules)

(For NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL Rules, there are no grade exceptions. Players must participate in the age division they are eligible for based on the tournament age requirements) 

*Girls can play a division down if need it. 

💰 Fees

Team Entry Fee (Open Divisions)

• 5U–6U: $35 per/ player

• 7U–8U:  $35 per/ player

• 9U–12U:  $35 per/ player

• 13U:  $35 per/ player

• 14U:  $35 per/ player

• 16U–18U:  $35 per/ player

NOT A STAY AND PLAY EVENT

✅ Complete online player roster (all players must be listed)
✅ Provide team insurance (must be uploaded before the event)

🌧 Weather / Cancellation Policy

• Full cancellation: Credit toward a future NCS International event

• Partial cancellation (weather): Credit based on games played

• Team withdrawal prior to event: No refund or credit
