🔹 Team Sanctioning

All teams must be sanctioned for the 2027 season to participate.
Register and complete your sanctioning through PlayNCS.com prior to the event.

💰 Fees

Team Entry Fee (D3 & Open Divisions)

• 5U–6U: $1,500

• 7U–8U: $1,500

• 9U–12U: $1,500

• 13U: $1,500

• 14U: $1,500

• 16U–18U: $1,500

Team Gate Fee

• $100 per player on the official team roster

• Due December 1st

• Accepted payment: Venmo: @play-ncs, Payment Link: Contact director to receive payment link. 

  Include: Team Name, Divisions, Event Name, and # of rostered players 

• Parents & fans enter free

• All payments are non-refundable (4% processing fee applies to all card transactions)

🏨 Stay & Play Policy

Teams traveling from outside of Puerto Rico must make hotel reservations through our official hotel partners.

All teams are required to book accommodations through this link, as it helps us coordinate logistics, team blocks, and overall event operations.

• A minimum of 4 hotel rooms per team, per night is required to meet the housing requirement.

• Teams wishing to stay in an Airbnb or non-partner hotel may do so by paying the buyout fee of $1,000 USD.

• Please include Team Name, Division, City, and State with your payment.

✅ Provide team insurance (must be uploaded before the event)

Format: 5-Game Guarantee | Gold & Silver Brackets

⚾ Playing Rules

All games follow NCS International Rules.

📝 Waivers, Rosters & Insurance

All items must be completed online prior to the event.

NO ROSTER, NO INSURANCE, NO PLAY.
Only players listed on an online or printed roster are eligible.

🌧 Weather / Cancellation Policy

• Full cancellation: Credit toward a future NCS International event

• Partial cancellation (weather): Credit based on games played

• Team withdrawal prior to event: No refund or credit
