NCS International Tournament Information

Entry Fees

• 6U T-Ball: $100 + Pay at the plate
• 7U–8U Coach Pitch: $100 + Pay at the plate
• 9U–10U: $200 + Pay at the plate
• 11U–12U: $200 + Pay at the plate
• 13U: $300 + Pay at the plate
• 14U: $300 + Pay at the plate
• 16U–18U: $300 + Pay at the plate 

Pay at the Plate

• 5U-8U: $25 per game, per team 

• 9U-12U: $50 per game, per team  
• 13U: $55 per game, per team 
• 14U-18U: $60 per game, per team  

Game Time Limits

• 6U T-Ball: 1 hour and 15 minutes — no new inning
• 9U-12U: 1 hour and 40 minutes — no new inning
• 13U-High School: 1 hour and 50 minutes — no new inning

Team Requirements

All teams must complete the following requirements before participating:

1. Pay the entry fee in full.
2. Complete the online player roster.
   Every player must be added to the team’s online roster before the event.
3. Purchase or submit proof of team insurance.
   If the insurance policy was not purchased through National Championship Sports, NCS must be listed as an additional insured. Teams may contact their insurance provider to add NCS at no additional charge.

All insurance documents must be uploaded online before the event. Insurance documents will not be accepted at the tournament.

Gold Division

• Champions: 12 NCS Championship Rings and an NCS Championship Banner

Silver Division

• Champions: 12 NCS Championship Rings and an NCS Championship Banner
• Finalists: 12 NCS Finalist Rings and an NCS Finalist Banner

NCS Baseball Playing Rules

NFHS baseball rules will be followed, subject to the modifications established in the NCS Southwest Regional Rules.

Team Waivers, Player Rosters and Insurance

Online player rosters and proof of insurance must be completed and uploaded before the event.

No Roster. No Insurance. No Play!

• Every coach is responsible for completing the team’s online roster.
• Players who are not listed on an approved online or paper roster are not eligible to participate.
• Please verify that every player is properly listed before arriving at the tournament.

Cancellation and Credit Policy

Tournament Canceled Before It Begins

If the entire tournament is canceled because of rain, severe weather or another act of God, participating teams will receive a credit toward a future NCS National Premier Tournament

Team Cancellation

If a paid team cancels before the tournament, the team will receive a credit toward a future NCS National Premier Tournament. 

All payments are final and nonrefundable.

Tournament Canceled After Play Begins

If weather causes the cancellation of a tournament already in progress, teams may receive a partial credit based on the number of games played.
