Roster Requirements

All teams must complete their roster online at www.playNCS.comprior to playing in the tournament.



To complete your roster:


1.Log in to your Team Manager account at www.playNCS.com.


2.Click “Profile” and enter your login credentials.


3.From the Team Manager Menu, select your current-year team and click “Edit Roster.”


4.Enter each player’s legal first and last name (as shown on a driver’s license).


•Do not use middle names, nicknames, initials, or suffixes (Jr., II, etc.).


5.Enter a valid email address for each player.

 



Important:

Players must check their email and accept the NCS invitation to officially join your team.


If they do not receive the email, they can log in at www.playNCS.com, create a profile, and accept the invite directly from their account — as long as they use the same email you sent the invite to.



Paying for Tournaments Online

To make a payment:


 

1.Log in to your account at www.playNCS.com.


2.Click “Profile”, then “Manage Team.”


3.Select the desired event and click the payment link.


4.Choose “Select” and proceed with your deposit or full payment.



• Park Admission: Most events have per person CASH ONLY gate fee $9 PER ADULT SPECTATOR, $5 CHILDREN SPECTATORS AGES 7-17. Please be prepared to pay before entry into the park. Anyone entering without paying the gate fee will subject their team to forfeiture from the event.  Each team is allowed free entry for the manager, two coaches, and all rostered players participating that day.


 • No Smoking or Vaping or Chewing Tobacco: Smoking, vaping, and chewing of any kind is strictly prohibited at all NCS events. If necessary, please exit the park and move away from children before engaging in these activities.

 • Prohibited Items at parks with Turf Fields (Mather, Woodland, and Golden Eagle): Sunflower seed and chewing gum are not allowed at any facility with artificial turf. Violations by coaches, players, or spectators will result in a game forfeiture, immediate removal from the facility, and possible suspension. These rules are non-negotiable as they are essential to maintaining our field access.

 • Music Policy: Loud music is not permitted at any venue. Walk-up and warm-up music must be kept at a low volume to avoid disrupting nearby fields. If asked by a tournament official to turn down or off the music, you must comply. Note: Woodland Sports Park is a designated no-speaker park — no music is allowed at this location under any circumstances.


 • Footwear Restrictions: Metal cleats are not allowed on any pitching mounds or artificial turf fields. Only turf shoes or tennis shoes are permitted Woodland, Molded cleats allowed Mather and Golden Eagle. Please leave molded or rubber cleats at home.


 • No BBQs or Propane Heaters: BBQs and propane heaters are not permitted at any venue unless specifically stated otherwise.


 • Rosters: Coaches are responsible for ensuring that team rosters are complete and that each player is approved online by a parent or guardian prior to the first game. Any player not approved may be required to sit out until proper approval is obtained.


 • Insurance Requirements: Coaches must upload a valid team insurance certificate to the team portal. If insurance was not purchased through NCS, your provider must issue a certificate naming NCS as an additional insured. The certificate must be uploaded to your team portal.
