What We Do:

We're committed to promoting the Game of Baseball! We promote the game and the players through our Championship Events. By providing teams and their supporters with high-quality venues and well-managed tournaments, teams compete with the best amateur baseball clubs in the Nation.

Event will start on Friday.  Teams will check in at 5:30pm.  First games will start at 6:00 pm and will continue until Pool games are completed.  Bracket games will start at 5:30pm on Saturday and will have continuous play until Championship game.

Team Event Registration Fee:

9U/10U:  $350.00

11U-12U: $375.00

Team Gate Fee for All Age Divisions: $195.00

***Pay at Plate during coaches meeting

*****9U/10U - $45/TEAM PER GAME

*****11U/12U - $55/TEAM PER GAME


Payment Policy:

The event registration fee and the team gate fee must be paid to confirm your team's spot in the tournament. Teams that choose to pay later may be moved to the waitlist if other teams register and pay before them, regardless of when they register.


Online Payment Fee:

When paying with a credit card or debit card there will be a 3% processing fee. This fee is not refundable and not able to be applied as a credit. The processing fee is a convenience fee paid to the credit card processor. You can mail a check to avoid this fee. Please call the office when you mail your check, and we will confirm your entry. Do not leave a voicemail or email this information. You must contact us directly at 325-277-8643.


* YOU MUST SUBMIT A PAYMENT TO GUARANTEE YOUR SPOT IN THE TOURNAMENT. *

All NCS tournaments are FIRST PAY/FIRST PLAY. Your entry into an event is not complete until you have paid the entry fee and the gate fee, regardless of whether you have registered for the tournament. The division may sell out (and oftentimes does) prior to the payment deadline. The number of available spots in any given division may fluctuate.


Game Time Limits:

All 9U-12U Pool Games: 1h 15m (Drop dead time) 15 min break for umpires between games

All 9U-12U Bracket Games: 1h 30m (finish the inning) 15 min break for umpires between games


Baseballs:

Each team needs to provide Two brand new baseballs to the plate umpire during plate meeting prior to game.  


Rules:

We play exclusively by the rules listed on the PlayNCS.com website.

We utilize outs instead of innings for pitching totals.

Slash bunting is not allowed and will result in ejection of the player and head coach for the remainder of that game.

Refund Policy:

Teams withdrawing from an event by the end of the day on the SUNDAY, prior to the start date of an event, will receive 100% credit.

Teams withdrawing from an event after SUNDAY, but by 12pm on the MONDAY prior to an event, will receive 50% credit.

Teams withdrawing from an event after 12pm on the MONDAY prior to an event, for any reason, are not eligible for credit or refund.

(Credits can be used toward another BTL tournament. All refunds will incur a $65 administrative fee. Credit card processing fees are not eligible for refund.)



Inclement Weather Policy:

Paid teams in divisions that do not make will receive 100% credit.

If an event is canceled due to weather, teams will be eligible for the following credit

-0 games started: 100% credit

-1 game started: 50% credit

-2 games started: 0% credit

(Any request for a refund rather than credit will incur a $65 admin fee.)



Credit & Refund Request Form:

All credit transfers and refunds must be initiated by the customer by contacting Jeremy no later than the withdraw deadline. 

All refunds will have a $65 administrative fee applied.


Cancellations due to Force Majeure and Governmental Actions:

Any event that is canceled due to the closing of a facility due to governmental actions prompted by a pandemic, epidemic, act of war, police action, or Act of God will be available for credit but may be delayed by JABouher Consulting, LLC ability to operate.
