As of January 1 2026, NCS events in the Northwest Region will no longer allow grade exceptions. All players must be "baseball age" only to be eligible to play in events in the aforementioned geographic areas. 

If you have any questions, please see the "Northwest Region" Rules located in all events in these areas.
