Top 2 seeds after pool play will advance to the championship game

One Day Time Limits All Games:

6U-8U  1:10

9U-13U   1:30

NO EXTRA TIME WILL BE ADDED TO GAMES. No new inning with less than 5 minutes remaining!

Included with your entry fees:

         1. All umpires(No pay-at-the plate)

         2. First Class facilities

         3.Professional, courteous and attentive NCS staff, on call

            for the duration of the event!

         4. Champions and Finalists awards for each age group.

Required before play begins: 

All teams 6U-13U must supply 2 NEW Baseballs per game and as needed throughout each game.

Please insure you upload your COMPLETE team roster for the event prior to your first game.

ALL players on the roster are required to have their waivers completed before first pitch. Failure to do so will result in player being ineligible to compete.

Additionally, all teams are encourage to carry at least a digital copy of  birth certificates in the event of a protest,

Team insurance must be uploaded prior to start of your first game. If using your own insurance please have it list National Championship Sports as additional insured


NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE. 

In the event of a cancelation due to a age group not making or weather. Tournament Director will hold a credit for later event. (Event credit will be valid for one calendar year)

Withdraws much happen prior to schedule release (Wednesday before tournament) 

Withdraws after the deadline or no shows WILL NOT receive an event credit.
