📋 REQUIREMENTS – ALL TEAMS MUST

Submit Entry Fee in Full
Complete your Player Roster online (all players must be listed)
Upload Team Insurance Policy online before the event
- If purchased outside NCS, add:

  as additional insured.

🚫 Insurance will not be accepted at the event.
✅ No roster + no insurance = no play.

🌧 WEATHER / CANCELLATION POLICY

If the event is fully canceled (weather/Act of God): teams receive credit toward a future NCS National Premier Tournament.
If a team cancels after paying: credit toward a future NCS event (all payments final).
If weather cancels a tournament already in progress: partial credit may be issued depending on games played.

📌 RULES

NFHS rules will be followed with Southwest Regional modifications.
