πŸ“‹ REQUIREMENTS – ALL TEAMS MUST

  1. Submit Entry Fee in Full

  2. Complete your Player Roster online (all players must be listed)

  3. Upload Team Insurance Policy online before the event

    • If purchased outside NCS, add:
      National Championship Sports

      as additional insured.


🚫 Insurance will not be accepted at the event.

🌧 WEATHER / CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If the event is fully canceled (weather/Act of God): teams receive credit toward a future NCS National Premier Tournament.

  • If a team cancels after paying: credit toward a future NCS event (all payments final).

  • If weather cancels a tournament already in progress: partial credit may be issued depending on games played.
