TOURNAMENT INFORMATION & GUIDELINES

Team Entry Fee for 3-Game Guarantee (3GG):

• 4U-6U: $150

• 7U-8U: $150

• 9U-12U: $200

• 13U-14U: $250

• HIGH SCHOOL: $300

Team Fee includes the $80 2025 NCS Annual Membership Fee.

Payment Deadline: Monday prior to the tournament date. Early payment is highly recommended to secure a spot as availability is limited.

Game Times & Umpire Fees (PAP):

• 4U-6U: 1:05* (No new inning after 1:00* or 6 innings) - $25 per game/team

• 7U-8U: 1:20* (No new inning after 1:15* or 6 innings) - $30 per game/team

• 9U-12U: 1:35* (No new inning after 1:30* or 6 innings) - $40 per game/team

• 13U-14U: 1:35* (No new inning after 1:30* or 6 innings) - $40 per game/team
  

• High School: 1:50* (No new inning after 1:45* or 7 innings) - $50 per game/team

General Admission:

• Daily Pass: $8.00

• Children Under 10 Years: Free

• Coaches & Players: 3 coaches per team and uniformed players enter for free.

Wristbands must be worn at all times. Broken wristbands will not be honored for re-entry.

Tournament Format:

• 3-Game Guarantee:

• Saturday: 2 pool games

• Sunday: Single Elimination Bracket Games

• Bracket Structure:

• Gold & Silver brackets will be used for divisions with 8 or more teams.

Pool & Bracket Games:

• Finish the inning; no drop-dead time.

• Teams must be available to play anytime from Friday at 5:00 PM to Sunday at 10:00 PM.

• Games must start at the scheduled time unless otherwise approved by the tournament director.

• Teams should be prepared to play 15 minutes before the scheduled game time.

• The game clock starts at the conclusion of the plate meeting.

• All games must complete the designated time limit unless they end by 6-7 innings or via run rule.

Game Balls:

• Up to 3 NCS game balls provided per game.

• Coaches, players, and fans are encouraged to retrieve foul balls to avoid delays.

• Once the provided balls are lost or not returned, teams must supply their own game balls.

Player of the Game (POG) Award will be given for every game.

Venue Restrictions:

• No metal cleats/spikes on portable pitching mounds or turf surfaces.
  Metal cleats, metal spikes, and scooters are strictly prohibited at all City of McAllen park venues.
  

• No food or drinks allowed on turf fields, dugouts, or pitching mounds.

• No smoking, tobacco, or e-cigarettes allowed in any tournament park.

• No outside food, drinks, or ice chests allowed into the venue.

• Players may bring one personal jug or container.

Food & Drinks:

• No outside food, drinks, or coolers allowed.

Pets:

• No pets allowed in the venues.

Team Requirements:

• Registration: 

• Teams must be registered and sanctioned with NCS for the current season.

• Payment: 

• Entry fee payment must be submitted in full by Monday before the event.

• All NCS events are pay-first/play-first.

• Rosters: 

• Online player rosters must be completed and submitted by Friday at 11:59 PM.

• Players not listed on the roster by the deadline are ineligible to play.

• Insurance: 

• Upload a copy of the team insurance policy. 

• If not purchased through NCS, add NCS as an additional insured at no charge.

• Upload insurance online—paper copies will not be accepted at the event.

No Roster, No Insurance, No Pay, No Play!

Behavior Policy: 

NCS enforces a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or adverse behavior. Any fan, parent, player, or coach exhibiting such behavior will be banned from the event.

Event Cancellation:

• If the entire tournament is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, teams will receive credit for a future NCS Texas Premier Tournament.

• Partial credits will be issued for tournaments canceled mid-event based on games played.

• Teams canceling before the tournament will not receive a refund or credit.

All deposits and payments are final. No refunds, only credit for future events.
