Here is some information about the Tournament:
Pricing:
6u and 8u: $150.00 + Umpires- $45 per pool game and $50 per bracket game (PAP) pool 55min finish batter bracket 60min finish inning
10u and 12u: $150.00 + Umpires- $50 per pool game and $55 per bracket game (PAP) pool 60min finish batter bracket 70min finish inning
14u: $150.00 + Umpires $50 per pool game and $55 per bracket game (PAP) pool 60min finish batter bracket 70min finish inning
Gate Fee: $12.00 per person for all guests 13 years and older
$12.50 per person for all non-cash payments
Tournament Format:
-4 Game Guarantee
- 3 Pool
- Single Elimination
Rules:
Rules listed on the event info page supersede the central region rules listed on the playNCS.com website
Bats must have USA stamp
Tie Breaker Rule: The offensive team shall begin its turn at bat with the player scheduled to bat ninth in that half-inning being placed on second base (e.g., if the No. 5 batter is the lead-off batter, the No. 4 batter in the batting order will be placed on second base)
Run Rules
Pool games for all divisions can get a maximum of 6 runs per half inning
5u-8u : 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
9u-18u: 20 after 1, 15 after 2, 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
We do not allow metal cleats on any turf fields or temporary mounds.
Awards:
NCS Championship Rings are awarded to 1st & 2nd place.
*All Brackets will receive an MVP award for the Champion
Banners will be awarded to the Finalist and Champion of Every Bracket.
Schedule Requests:
Please submit all schedule request using the schedule request tab on the event menu or by sending them to centexelitescheduling@gmail.com. We will take schedule request until the Tuesday evening prior to the event. You can block out a 4 hour block on Friday or Saturday that you cannot play only! Schedule request that are more restrictive than a 4 hour "no play" block will be difficult to accommodate but we will do our best!.
Example of a schedule request we will accept: We cannot play between 8am and 12pm on Saturday.
Example of a schedule request that we will have trouble accommodating: We cannot play before 4pm.
Teams must be prepared to play from Friday evening until Sunday evening, REMEMBER: this is just a request not a guarantee but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Rosters/Waivers:
Rosters are available until Friday at 11:59 PM. Please submit your rosters as soon as possible.
