NCS ARIZONA FASTPITCH STATE CHAMPIONSHIP - NATIONAL QUALIFIER

We guarantee the best quality event possible with great umpires and awards.

All - NCS FASTPITCH ARIZONA - tournaments are first pay/first play. Entry into an event is not complete until you have paid the entry fee.

Divisions may sell out prior to the payment deadline.

The number of available spots in a division may fluctuate depending on the needs of all divisions that are offered in the event.

EVENT INFO

Team registration fee = $295

4 game guarantee

$50 PAP in POOL and BRACKET for 10u and up

$40 PAP in POOL and BRACKET for 8u and down

Gate Fee

$10 per adult per day / $5 per student per day

3 coaches and all players get in free.

Rules

We play exclusively by the rules listed on the www.playncs.com website.

Protests are $100. Win your protest and you will get your money back.

6 runs per half in pool and bracket.

Rosters will freeze the day before the start of the event at 11:59PM.

All rosters must be complete and team insurance uploaded and approved before the freeze date.

NO PETS ALLOWED!!! NO SEEDS WITH SHELLS OR GUM, NO SIDEWALK CHALK, OR BIKES/SCOOTERS AT ANY LOCATION.

TEAM COOLERS ONLY & NO ALCOHOL.

Awards

All first-place teams will receive Championship Rings

• ORGANIZATION WILL RECEIVE TEAM PAYOUT - $250 CASH
• PAYOUT IS BASED ON 10 TEAMS PER DIVISION - PRORATED FOR DIVISIONS.

All Finalist will receive Finalist Rings.

All Champions will receive team banners.

How do I submit a schedule request?

Please use the tab on the event info to submit a schedule request. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

Behavior at the events

- NCS FASTPITCH ARIZONA has a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful and adverse behavior.

Any fan, parent, player, or coach will be ejected from the event for adverse behavior towards anyone at the tournament.

- NCS FASTPITCH ARIZONA - reserves the right to refuse any person from entering the complex due to disrespectful and adverse behavior.

Speakers and radios are allowed. Please be respectful of the other teams that are participating.

Zero tolerance for vulgar language.  Loud music may be requested off at the discretion of the tournament director for any reason.

Refunds:

Once schedules have been released, there will be no refunds for teams that withdraw.

If the event gets canceled, you may transfer to another - NCS Fastpitch Arizona - event for no additional fees.

All refunds are subject to a processing fee of $50.

If teams play both pool games, awards will be given based off of the pool play results.

Do I need team insurance?

Yes, if you did not buy your policy through National Championship Sports you must add NCS (entity below) as an additionally insured.

You can do this free of charge by contacting your insurance provider. You must upload your insurance to your team profile before the event.
