TEAMS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE ORDER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED (DIGITAL PAYMENT TIME STAMP); TOURNAMENTS WILL SELL OUT BEFORE THE PAYMENT DEADLINE ON MOST OCCASIONS.


Tournament format is 5 GG: 3 seeded pools to a double elimination bracket. There will be up to 3 brackets depending on the total number of team entries:

Diamond- 10 teams

Gold- 10 teams 

Silver- 10 teams


Awards

Awards will be given to the top 3 teams in each bracket.

MVP medals will be awarded in each bracket’s Championship game.


Pool

-60 minutes, finish the inning, can end in a tie

-bat your lineup, free subs

-No run rule per half inning. The game requires 3 outs to move to the next inning.  

-Coin flip for home/away.

-No pay-at-the-plate! 



Bracket

-75 minutes, finish the inning, must have a winner

-ITB: last out placed on 2, 1 out, no count on the batter; consecutive ITBs: last 2 outs placed on 2nd and 3rd, 2 outs, no count on the batter

-Courtesy runner allowed for pitcher/catcher. Courtesy runner must be a sub. 

-2 EPs are allowed for a maximum of 11 in the lineup.

-Run Rule: 12/2, 10/3, 8/4, 6/5

-Coin flip for home/away until Championship game. Home team is undefeated team in the Championship.


-No pay-at-the-plate!


Weather delays can occur for rain/lightning/severe weather.  TD reserves the right to alter format to stay on schedule in the event of severe weather.


For each game not played of the 5GG, a refund will be issued accordingly. If 3 or more games are played, no refund. Awards will be given based on standings at the time it is determined that play cannot be resumed. A game started is a game played. No refunds for dropping after the withdrawal deadline. 

  


Starting January 1, 2026


We will no longer issue refunds for events, ONLY credits towards other 3P Events.

    Teams withdrawing by Sunday (prior to the event start date): 100% credit.

    Teams withdrawing after Sunday but by 12 PM on Monday: 50% credit.

    Teams withdrawing after 12 PM on Monday: No credit.

    Teams in divisions that do not make: 100% credit.

    Credits can only be used towards another 3P tournament.

Adults: $15/day

$20/weekend pass

Kids under 13 are free.

Cashapp, Venmo, and Cash accepted at the gate and concessions.
