Team insurance MUST be uploaded by payment deadline & NCS MUST be named as additional insured.

Team MUST have a minimum of 8 players - NO EXCEPTIONS

Rain-out Policy:  Will be decided at least 2 hours or more prior to first game-time for that game-day 

Cancellation Policy:  Inclement weather events will be decided by City Staff & Umpire Officials as needed

Refund Policy:  Tournament officials will always make every attempt to complete tournament.

In the case of a delay, the TD may need to change the tournament format to complete the tournament. 

No credits or refunds will be necessary for a format change.

In the event a refund is necessary, allow 7 - 10 days to process.
