Buena Vista Sports Complex – Facility Rules & Important Information

Thank you for choosing the Buena Vista Sports Complex!

To help ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all players, coaches, families, and guests, we kindly ask that everyone review and follow the facility rules and policies listed below.

We look forward to hosting a great event and helping create lasting memories for all participants.

Important Facility Rules

Outside Food & Drinks

* Outside food and beverages are **not permitted** inside the facility.

* Spectators may not bring food, drinks, fast food, tumblers, or personal coolers into the complex.

* Teams are allowed **one dugout cooler** containing **clear beverages only** (water, clear sports drinks, etc.).

* **Colored drinks are not permitted** in the dugouts.

Coolers

* Personal coolers (hard or soft-sided) are not allowed inside the facility.

* Team coolers are limited to one per team and must remain in the dugout area.

Pets

* Pets are not permitted inside the Buena Vista Sports Complex.

* Service animals as defined by the ADA are welcome.

Tobacco Products

* Smoking, vaping, and all tobacco products are strictly prohibited anywhere on facility property.

Gum & Sunflower Seeds

* Gum and sunflower seeds are strictly prohibited in all areas of the complex.

Scooters, Skateboards & Bicycles

* Scooters, skateboards, roller skates, hoverboards, and bicycles are not permitted inside the facility.

Cleat Restrictions

* Metal cleats/spikes are not allowed on the artificial turf or portable mounds.

* Only molded cleats, turf shoes, and tennis shoes are permitted.

Tailgating

* Tailgating is not permitted in the parking lots.

Additional Facility Policies

* No outside alcohol, drugs, firearms, fireworks, or open flames.

* No climbing on fences or netting.

* No littering or dumping trash.

* Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

* Players, coaches, and officials only are permitted on playing fields during games.

* Disorderly conduct, abusive language, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated.
