After the city deeming 7 fields playable and drying out nicely, we just received another torrential downpour. They have no more supplies to maintenance the fields again this weekend. We are left with no choice but to cancel the event. We cannot ensure safety on these fields in this condition. We have no means to recover from this second huge amount of rain fall. I will issue refunds by Monday, end of day.
We did everything we could and I am truly sorry.
If you would like to make up this tournament for your team (as I know some are coming to the end of their season), we have all fields at Taylor again next weekend and the weather looks clear. Please reach to me individually to get in on that make up opportunity.
